Maintaining this national network enables us to provide a local service for the country’s animal health professionals, focusing on the issues and challenges specific to each particular region in which we operate.
Our four laboratories are all IANZ (International Accreditation New Zealand) accredited, providing clients with the confidence that our technical competence is of the very highest standard.
We offer a comprehensive range of services to private veterinary practices, academic institutes, research organisations, pharmaceutical companies, various government agencies, other animal health laboratories, aquaculture enterprises and zoological parks. We are also a major contributor to biosecurity surveillance in New Zealand.
