Co:Lab, New Zealand’s leading laboratory forum, is back for 2025 with the focus on the crucial role of pathology laboratories in building partnerships and collaboration across the health sector.
“This year’s theme of Pathology in Partnership: Strengthening Collaboration Across Healthcare recognises how pathology laboratories are a vital link between various healthcare disciplines and organisations,” says Head of Stakeholder Engagement, Trevor English.
“Having a strong, interconnected sector is integral to patients receiving the correct diagnosis and treatment, eliminating unnecessary testing and also advancing science and research.
“This is against a backdrop of advancements in technology, digital pathology, and Artificial Intelligence and when health and pathology organisations are operating in a changing and often challenging environment.”
Trevor says Co:Lab is the opportunity to hear from health and pathology leaders and experts and about the new technologies, processes and innovations shaping and enhancing laboratory testing.
